We’re here to help you gain a better understanding of your body, improve function, and feel more confident moving forward.
Meet Dr. Brooke
Opening this practice has been a dream of mine for years. I envisioned a space where women feel heard, supported, and empowered; a place where appointments aren't rushed, care is personalized, and every treatment plan is designed around the individual, not a schedule or insurance requirements.
My passion is helping women confidently navigate every stage of life. Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, recovering after birth, managing pelvic pain, dealing with bladder or bowel concerns, experiencing prolapse, building stronger bones, navigating menopause, or simply wanting to move and feel your best, my goal is to provide evidence-based care that helps you regain confidence in your body.
I believe education is just as important as treatment. Understanding why your body is doing what it's doing can be incredibly empowering, and I love partnering with my patients to help them feel stronger, more informed, and in control of their health. Every woman deserves to feel comfortable asking questions, understood without judgment, and confident in her path forward.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me spending time with my spouse, our two kids, and our dogs. I enjoy running, weightlifting, reading just about any book I can get my hands on, and dancing to all kinds of music. Most importantly, I love to laugh, so if you hear a good joke, be sure to share it with me!
Why Choose Solstice?
My career is rooted in a passion for lifelong learning. In addition to earning a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, I have pursued advanced training through a Fellowship in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute, as well as certifications in Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise (PCES), Pelvic Health Sexuality Counseling (PHSC), and Menopause Coaching (CSMC).
I continue to expand my expertise in the areas I care about most, including pelvic health, osteoporosis and bone health, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, sexual health, and menopause. This commitment to learning allows me to provide evidence-based, comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs.
My passion for health and wellness extends beyond patient care. I enjoy mentoring students and fellow clinicians, presenting on pelvic health topics for professional organizations, speaking at community events such as 8 West and Hope College, and leading bone health exercise classes.
Through every role I take on, my mission remains the same: to help you overcome the barriers holding you back so you can move forward with confidence.
No Hidden Costs
One of the biggest advantages of a cash-based clinic is transparent pricing. You'll always know the cost of your visit before your appointment; no guessing about copays, deductibles, or unexpected bills based on insurance decisions. We believe you should understand your healthcare costs upfront, so there are no surprise charges after your visit.
If you have insurance, we're happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. While reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed, many patients are able to receive partial reimbursement for covered services.
